Style and painting tests

Hi everyone.

I've been working on this piece for the last day or so, trying to get a sense of what looks better with what. There are 2 sets of images:

- Two images where the lineart is black but one with saturated colours, the other with desaturated colours (A & B).

- Two images with brown lineart where the colours are saturated or desaturated (C & D).

I'd like to get your impressions about what you like best, but I'll keep playing with things on my end of course.
